If you're not home and your order is too large for the letterbox or needs a signature, the courier will leave a calling card.

This card provides information on the whereabouts of your package and instructions on how to retrieve it.

Due to an exceptionally high demand and our commitment to keeping our staff safe while handling your orders, we are experiencing some delays. Our warehouse team is diligently working to dispatch your beauty essentials promptly, but please anticipate a delay of 48 hours for standard delivery orders. Our express delivery service continues to operate as usual.

We aim for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. However, if you find yourself unhappy with your order, you have the option to return it. For your convenience, we offer a self-service return process for quick and straightforward returns.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund for the goods and notify you by email. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive the return for the refund to be completed.

The refund is expected to be credited to your account within 5 business days, and we will inform you via email once it has been initiated.

Should your refund not arrive within 10 working days after our email notification, please reach out to our Customer Service team via your account for assistance.

Currently, our delivery services remain unaffected, but we advise customers to opt for home delivery.

Going forward, our carriers will implement a contactless delivery process, eliminating the need for signatures on delivered parcels.
