RETURN POLICY FAQ'S

Our Return Policy

This Return Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale and we may update it from time to time. Last revised on 13/08/22, it's crucial to review your order or items upon delivery and before use. Should any errors or issues arise, please report them to us immediately for investigation.

Before initiating a return, contact our customer service to obtain a returns authorization number. Returns without this number may experience delays.

Please note, items like beauty bags, boxes, advent calendars, or special edition boxes are not returnable once delivered, as their contents may be unsealed for presentation.

This policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation Rights

You have 14 days to cancel this contract without reason, starting the day after you or a designated third party takes physical possession of the goods.

To cancel, inform us with a clear statement (e.g., via your account options or a letter). While not mandatory, you can use the provided cancellation form template.

Ensure returned items are unopened and in original packaging. Goods must be in pristine condition with seals intact.

Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, we'll refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs from non-standard delivery choices), without undue delay.

We may reduce your refund to cover any loss in goods value due to unnecessary handling.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods, proof of return, or if no goods were supplied, from when we're informed of your decision to cancel. Refunds will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without incurring fees. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns Process

If unsatisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened. To start a return, contact customer service via your account.

We'll refund postage costs for returns due to our error, such as wrong or faulty items. For unwanted items, you'll cover return postage, and we recommend using insured delivery. We won't refund postage for returns of items found undamaged upon inspection.

Address your cancellation to The Hut.com Limited, Meridian House, Gadbrook Park, Rudheath, Cheshire, CW9 7RA, detailing your order information and decision to cancel.

Receiving Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us through your account immediately. We aim to resolve your issue swiftly and may request photos to assist in our investigation.

Faulty Products

For faulty items, please report the issue via your account, providing fault details and photos.

Arranging a Return

Contact Customer Service to arrange a return, providing order number, item, and return reason. Securely package the item with the returns form inside, and keep a proof of postage receipt. Items are your responsibility until received by our warehouse.

Should you be dissatisfied with our returns or replacement process, please let us know through your account so we can address your concerns.

Upon receipt of the returned items, we will process your refund for the goods and notify you by email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be completed from the day we receive the return.

You should expect your refund to appear in your account within 5 business days, and we will notify you by email once it's been initiated!

Should your refund not arrive and 10 working days have passed since our notification, please reach out to our Customer Service team via your account for assistance.

Our returns policy has been extended for the holiday season. Gifts purchased from 1st November to 31st December 2023 are eligible for returns through 31st January 2024.

All standard terms and conditions remain in effect. Your statutory rights are not impacted by this extension.
